As a child I always attended church with family.

My first time I remember attending church,  I was about 4 years of age, and we were attending the Church of God in Aracoma, WV. and my mother crying while praying at the altar. I could not understand why she was crying, although other people were trying to console me and say she was just rejoicing in the Lord Jesus. I was taught the Church of God was the very best and our we were be among the first people to go to heaven in the end times. I continue in the faith thru childhood and until today Sept 1, 2022, about 85 years later.

When we moved to Huntington we attended the Church of God on 10th Avenue where Rev. S,E. Jennings and his young wife Dorothy were the pastors. My parent were very faithful members as well as md dad’s uncle Etna Robinson and his family including David Lee, Elmer, Naoma, Dorothy and Joyce. Worship and Church attendance has always been a high priority for me.

After moving back to Logan county my family began to worship at the Church of God on Millcreek which was about a 8-10 mile car ride from home on Crooked Creek. There was not a church in our area so my mother would teach the nearby people the gospel. She and I would save the used literature from our church and Sunday School and share it with the neighboring children as she taught them while sitting on the ground in the shade of the large apple tree in our backyard. I did not think of it as a ministry then however looking back I guess that was my introduction to ministry.  Over the years I have served in leading in  Sunday School and Young Peoples Endeavor and other GoG ministries.

I helped my mother share the gospel and this inspired a great desire to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. In 1949, God saved me. Because of His remarkable love for the world, I realized that He loved me. 

Since the early years of my adult life I have been involved in missions work around the world. The work I have done has been greatly inspired by my life long friend Lovell Cary.

By the mid 1980’s I had done many great things for the Lord but in 1986 my destiny for His kingdom began to unfold. 

As of 2021 the ministry has reached over 182 by means of the internet through social media and websites.  Technology is changing my life and for the better.
